Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how paid plans on Linework work. They are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Plans and prices
Every plan starts with a 7-day paid trial, then renews monthly at the regular price until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

2. Trial and automatic renewal
When you start a trial you pay the trial price that day. Unless you cancel during the trial, on day 8 you are charged the monthly price of your plan, and then every month on the same date until you cancel. At checkout you confirm these amounts and the date of the first monthly charge before paying.
3. Emails we send you
- Right after you subscribe: your terms, the first charge date and a cancel link.
- Before the first monthly charge after your trial: a reminder with the amount and date.
- After every payment: a receipt.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel online at any time, in one click, from your account. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged the monthly price. If you cancel later, no further charges are made and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Upgrading to Full access
The only plan change available is an upgrade to Full access. Before you confirm, we show you the exact amount due today and the new monthly price:
- During a trial: the trial price you paid is credited against the first Full access payment.
- After the trial: the unused part of your current paid month is credited, in proportion to the days left.
Your previous plan ends when the upgrade payment succeeds and is not billed again. Full access then renews monthly from the upgrade date at $99.90. There are no downgrades or switches between tiers: to move to a cheaper tier, cancel and subscribe again later.
6. Refunds

7. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, access may pause until the payment is completed. We will email you if this happens.
8. Price changes
We will email you at least [N] days before any price change takes effect on your subscription. You can cancel before then.
9. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
